I think I need a smoke
Right now I am sitting at home, half way through my day "working", and I think I need a smoke. I have never smoked before, so i can't really say I know what the effects are. But from what I see, when people have stress or need something calming, they smoke. And that's kind of how I feel now, it's been such a rough day already that I think a smoke would help me relax.

hmmm yes...a smoke is good sometimes...i would suggest something other than something "hard" and something like a cigarette...eheheh...go for a nice cigar or something. Warning though, the aftertaste in the morning is disgusting. I think 'piggin' out is a better idea..or best yet...go for a run dude...nothing makes the body feel better...heheeh or do all 3!!! Run with a cigar in ur mouth after a buffet...
you know what i ended up doing. Haagen Daz. but it didn't cut it.
the thing about running, i read your post about first ten mins being hard. well i cna't get past first ten mins, it just hurts too much.
ice cream is good too!!! hmmm yeah..running DOES suck the first bit...no doubt.

hi. its been a while. lets hook up and hang for a bit. some ppl get too involved in their new lives and the recommendation is to rewind a little bit and see what their old pals are up to..so yes my friend, a gathering is needed.

i tried a cigar once. didn't try it the right way. coughed til my lungs almost dissolved. i had a good excuse for trying it tho. it was florence, new years, hightimes. =)
