My back is killing me! And so are my arms. I helped some friends move yesterday and today I am feeling the effects of it. My arms lost all strength yesterday, could hardly carry anything near the end. hahah. But I did get to see the couples' (family that is moving) newborn baby! Man she is so cute! Sorry for breaking part of your dresser! haah, think I was so beat that I lost my mind. We turned the dresser with the drawers facing down, chipped the side of it. sorry =) But yeah, my back is killing me, but it'll only be for a few days so don't mind, shows how out of shape I am. Going to start going to the gym this week! IF anybody needs help moving, give me a shout!

I am in the market for a new Credit Card. I have been doing a lot of research from banks offering credit cards. Ideally i would want the one with the most advantages including Air Miles, cash rewards, incentives, anything that is beneficial for me. Today I was watching tv and I saw a commercial for this new credit card by Citibank. It is in combination with Petro Canada. Saves 2cents per litre on gas and 10 petro points with every dollar spent. Those points can be used on air flights (if collected enough) and a bunch of other things. But what is enticing me is the 2cents per litre. Have you seen the gas prices these days! Those are INSTANT rewards. And if I don't use Petro, I can go to Shell and still get air miles. Then there is standard Amex with air miles, get double air miles pts with all purchases. But what I am thinking is those are INSTANT savings. There is CIBC dividends card, which gives 1% cash back, not much. To put that into perspective:

CIBC DIVIDEND: SPEND - $100, save $1
Citibank PetroCard: Fill up 50 LITRES and AUTOMATICALLY save $1. On average gas prices are probably $0.80/L, then 50L * $0.80 = $40. So spend $40, save $1.
Then there is the PC Financial card. That can give me for every $2000 spent, get $20 off groceries. That means spend $200, get $1 back. Not so great I guess. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I am really thankful to God for the friends that I have. From the ones I have made in school, to the ones at Hosanna, and of course the TCBC crowd. And then there is also the here-and-there people I meet on the way. I have been trying to spend more time with them to build relationships, and to make lifelong friendships. I think I need something like this, to be able to say when I am old, yeah, that person is still my friend, I've known them for over 30 years. Man, that would be amazing. I hope the samr thing can be said for those I meet at my workplaces as well, because they are the newest group of people, they are also the ones I see the most now. I pray that God will provide me an environment for me at work to build friendships.

A funny thing I found on a new friend's blog. Does everyone know what FHM Magazine is? Basically it's a different version fo Maxim Magazine, a guy's magazine about girls and sex. But does everyone know that FHM stands for "For Him Magazine"? So here is the kicker, does everyone see the Relgious connotation of this name? FOR HIM Magazine, interesting eh? What do you think, inspired by God? hahaha j/k

I want to take up something new this winter, does anyone have any suggestions? There are a lot of things I want to do, but have never gotten around to. Like learning how to SPEAK Mandarin, ski/snowboard, take up a cooking class, among others. What do you guys think?
